Important Message from West Side Pet Clinic

Please read the following announcement as it contains important information regarding our current protocols during the Covid-19 Pandemic:

Until further notice, we are open by appointment only. We realize this is a big change, but our lobby is too small to accommodate a waiting room full
of clients and pets.

Upon arrival for your appointment, please call the phone number posted on the signs in our parking lot, and/or on our doors. The receptionist will check you in, and then one of our veterinary technicians will call you back to gather some information. Please keep your cell phone nearby and on volume at all times while you wait for our call.

Beginning Monday, November 16th, we are doing all appointments curbside. Due to a recent spike in Covid-19 cases, and to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients, we are only allowing staff in the building. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to a higher than usual call volume, and to give our staff time to adjust to our new procedures, the best way to contact us right now is by e-mailing us. Phone messages are checked very frequently throughout the day; if you wish to leave a message, you can be assured that your call will be returned in a timely manner.
