Until further notice, we are open by appointment only. We realize this is a big change, but our lobby is too small to accommodate a waiting room full
of clients and pets.
Upon arrival for your appointment, please call the phone number posted on the signs in our parking lot, and on our front door. The receptionist will check you in, and then one of our veterinary technicians will call you back to gather some information. Please keep your cell phone nearby and on volume at all times while you wait for our call. Once we have an exam room ready, you will be notified that you can come inside the building. *Please note: we are allowing one person to accompany the pet for the visit, and that person must be wearing a mask. If you are not wearing a mask the proper way, you will be asked to put your mask on, or come back another time if you cannot do so. This is for everyone’s safety – including yours.* You will also have the option of remaining in your car, or outside, for the duration of the appointment.
Due to a higher than usual call volume, and to give our staff time to adjust to our new procedures, the best way to contact us right now is by e-mailing us. Our e-mail address is email@example.com. For non-medical questions, such as appointment requests or medication refill requests, you may also text us at 716-367-8787. Phone messages are checked very frequently throughout the day; if you wish to leave a message, you can be assured that your call will be returned in a timely manner.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding!
