The demand for high-quality, low-cost pet care is larger than ever. There is a waiting list of pets that need our help. If your pet does not show for his/her appointment, you are causing other pets to suffer from a lack of care.
In order to make sure we can help as many pets as possible, we are taking the following steps:
- If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24-hour notice (48 hours for Monday appointments) so that we can care for other pets in need.
- If the appointment is not canceled as requested, we will require a deposit to schedule appointments for any pets in that family for future services.
- The deposit will be taken when scheduling future appointments and will be applied to that next visit.
- If a second appointment is missed, the deposit will not be refunded and we will not provide future veterinary services for any pets in that family.
We do our best to confirm appointments as a courtesy to our clients. However, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to remember their appointments and arrive 5-10 minutes early.
